Sauted frog legs

 

Ingredients

Frog Legs

Chopped tomato

Parsley

non alcoholic White wine

Capers

Flour

Milk

Salt and Pepper

 

Soak frog legs in milk

coat frog legs with flour salt pepper

heat oil in skillet barely cover pan

deglaze pan after removing frog legs by adding non alcoholic wine

Add capers and chopped tomato

Pour mixture over frog legs
